Help Support Michael Churchill's Fight

Two weeks ago Michael went into the ER with stomach pains that had not been going away for the last month or so and had been getting worse.

After days of not really finding a source of pain, and after having every possible scan, test, mri, scopes, colonoscopy, etc. we found out he was a new diabetic, while that seemed like a blow it was one we could live with and make adjustments and be fine.

A day later they decided that based on gall bladder results, his was only working at 1%, they would remove that and see if that could be the cause of all the pain. While they were in for the removal of the gallbladder they took biopsies of the liver which had some lesions/cysts that appeared to be benign, just to be sure.

He was recovering from surgery and we were waiting to be discharged to go home and recover, and then we were hit with devastating news..

Michael has stage 4 cancer, his liver biopsies came back positive for metastatic cancer, which means it came from somewhere else. The cancer source is still unknown and we will possibly know more after the pet scan.

Michael will be fighting the hardest battle of his life. It needs to be as stress free as possible while he focuses on the needed treatment.

While he is still in the hospital since the day he went in 2 weeks ago, he is getting the port in for chemo today.

Please if you can help out in any way possible to alleviate any stresses he has about finances, to help with living expenses, bills, medical bills, treatment, etc. it would be greatly appreciated. His health and well being are the only thing that matters at this time.

Not to mention the holidays are around the corner and we will try to have as normal of a holiday as we possibly can. He has three amazing children, Caitlyn 22, Ethan 13, and little Michael 8.

He is a wonderful father, he is so young and he is so strong, and he has so much life to live!
