Help Support Mrs. Max in Her Fight Against Cancer

Maxine “Max” Alexander is first and foremost a proud mom of four boys. Her love, strength, and selflessness as a mother shine through in everything she does. Alongside raising her family, she has also dedicated the last 15 years as a beloved resource aide at Summit Pointe Elementary, where students and staff know her as one of the school’s most treasured members.

In July 2025, Mrs. Max began feeling stomach discomfort. After many doctor visits and biopsies, she was diagnosed in early August with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. At first, there was hope surgery could help, but doctors discovered the cancer had wrapped around her main blood vessels. Now, chemotherapy is her best option. On September 15, she began intensive 6–8 hour treatments every other week.

This diagnosis has been devastating for Mrs. Max and her boys. While she is facing this fight with courage, the emotional and financial strain is heavy. Between medical bills, treatment costs, and time away from work, the burden is overwhelming for a family already carrying so much.

As a mother, Mrs. Max has always put her boys first. As a school aide, she has poured her heart into countless students over the years. Now it’s our turn to give back.
