Hi Everyone! I’m Jasmine and I’m raising funds on behalf of Cazz and Martin. A family that have always been the first to give with no expectations of anything in return.

Our family’s world changed when Cazz’s husband Martin was diagnosed with frontal-variant Alzheimer’s disease at just 54 years old. Alongside this, he lives with autism (ASD2), anxiety, and depression. Over the past few years, Martin’s health has declined rapidly. Once independent and full of energy, he now needs daily care and support with even the simplest tasks.

Despite all of this, Martin’s spirit shines through. He is kind, funny, and deeply loved by his family, friends. He has always been the kind of person who’d help others without hesitation and now it’s our turn to be there for him.

We’re asking for help to make essential repairs and upgrades to our house, both indoors and outdoors. These changes will make life safer and more comfortable for Martin as his condition progresses. If we are able to raise enough, we’d also love to give Martin a special trip, possibly a concert or a big cat encounter somewhere like Australia Zoo or Mogo Wildlife Park for a chance to make lasting memories together while we still can.
