On Friday night, our family received devastating news. A tragic accident left 14-year-old Markie with a gunshot wound to the head. He is now in critical care at the Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, fighting for his life.

Markie is a bright, loving, and kind young man who lights up every room with his silliness and big heart. He’s always looking out for others and has been working hard in school with a dream of one day becoming the best brain surgeon in Arizona.

Right now, his parents are by his side at the hospital and unable to work. The possible medical expenses and the cost of taking time off are overwhelming.
