Hello, my name is Emily, I am one of Mark's three kids. Mark was in a bad motorcycle accident on August 29th, 2023. He was on his way home from work on his bike and a car crossed the intersection without seeing my dad resulting in my dad getting hit. He has several broken ribs, fractured shoulder, and several fractures in his pelvis. We are incredibly thankful his brain bleed has stabilized and his collapsed lung is on the mend. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him and unsure when he will receive any insurance support with no expected date to be able to go back to work. We are taking it day by day, but unsure what his road of recovery will fully look like.
