We are a group of friends supporting the Raines' Family.
UPDATE: Hello friends. We are so thankful for those who donated to the go fund me to help Mike and Alison.
Mike has decided that it's time to bring Lori back home to Oregon.
We're excited that Mike and Alison will be returning.
If you can help with this, it's much appreciated.
It's been a struggle and with them being back in the area, we'll be able to help them.
They're looking to rent a house when they first get back.
If you know of a two bedroom house with a garage coming up at the beginning of May, please message Kris Millar.
Thank you for your consideration.
Help support Lori Raines' Family in Their Time of Need.
On Wednesday morning, July 16, 2025, our dear friend Lori Raines unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind her husband Mike and their 20 year old daughter Allison.
Lori was the rock of her family-their strength, their comfort, and their guiding light.
Lori Weber graduated from Canby Union High School in 1983. She married Mike Raines, also of Canby, in October 2001. Allison was their miracle child born in 2005.
The family just recently moved to Oklahoma, where they have very few connections and no church home to lean on during this devastating time.
They are in desperate need of support as they navigate this heartbreaking and life-altering loss.
Mike, Lori 's husband, is disabled and unable to fully care for himself, and Alli, their daughter, has suddenly been thrust into adulthood, facing overwhelming responsibilities far too soon.
If you knew Lori, you know she was a force of nature - honest and straightforward, yet full of love and compassion. She prayed for others, encouraged those in need, and touched countless lives every single day. Now it's our turn to help the family she loved so dearly.
We are asking for financial assistance to help Mike and Alli cover immediate expenses and give them the stability they need as they begin to rebuild their lives. No decisions about the future have been made yet - right now, they need time, space, and support to grieve without the added burden of financial stress.
Please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Every gift, no matter the size, will help this family take the first steps forward during the most difficult chapter in their lives.
Lori, you are deeply missed and forever loved.
Thank you for your kindness, love, and prayers.
Alicia Yoder, Heidi Fordham, Marie Longworth, Kris Millar, & Shelley Kadwell.
