Cancer isn't free, but we are.
There are a lot of well wishers for Lord while he is “living with” cancer. I get asked: “How can I help? Is there anything that I can do”? YES! donate here. Your donations get directly translated into love. Every donation says “We still want you HERE”. We all want to feel wanted and needed and loved. This is the medicine that you bring.
The financial burden of trying to navigate this shouldn’t be a concern.
Besides transportation, the costs are so unexpected and fast moving.
We thought we got the cancer the first time around last August and that his symptoms were adverse reactions to radiation. Which is partly true, but the cancer has persisted. It has become aggressive and metastasized, and its location makes it inoperable (behind the jaw surrounding the carotid artery, jugular vein, and vagus nerve). He will hopefully be starting chemo and immunotherapy at the end of April pending insurance approval.
In other words, treatment is ongoing and uncertain. Your generosity doesn’t just meet immediate needs; it offers continued stability and reassurance as he faces what’s ahead.
Thank you again for showing your love for him in this way. He can feel it.
More will be revealed.
Thy will be done.
Love Lord. XOXO
