Our lives changed in an instant.

My partner, Liam, went from being a healthy, vibrant 49 year-old man to fighting for his life in a hospital room, where every day feels like a marathon of unknowns. What started with sudden symptoms turned into a medical emergency that now requires a life-saving transplant. He is currently inpatient until the transplant happens, and we are living moment to moment, doing everything we can to keep him alive.
