Leticia Isaac recently celebrated her 66th birthday — a milestone that should have been filled with joy and gratitude. For her family, however, this month has brought unimaginable heartbreak. After a lifetime of strength, hard work, and selflessness, Leticia has been diagnosed with liver cancer that caused her gallbladder to rupture.

Leticia has always been the rock of her family — a devoted mother of two adult children, a loving grandmother to seven, and the legal guardian of two of her grandchildren, including her youngest, who is just 13 years old. She’s spent her life caring for others, working tirelessly to provide and never once complaining. She has never been seriously ill until now.

After three long months in and out of hospitals, doctors have determined there are no further treatment options, and Leticia has been sent home on hospice care. Despite her condition, her biggest worry is still how to provide stability for her family.
