Help support Leinis life changing surgery.

Hello! My name is Shawna and this is my gorgeous, kind, 15 year old daughter Leini. When she was 10 she had a horrendous, random injury to her left hip. A slipped capital femoral epiphysis.We were life flighted to Anchorage for fear of losing her leg. Since then she has done years of physical therapy, endured hardware being placed and removed and had a limp which prevented her from sports, cheerleaders and basic PE. She is at a point where she needs a double surgery for a painful bone spur and labral tear.This surgery requires days in a hotel in anchorage, car rental, gas and food while.were there. I am in between jobs and I fear putting this off could effect her mobility for life. I am u able to make this happen on my own. She is scheduled for July 8 and I will do anything possible to keep that appointment. Many of you have helped keep my family afloat in the past and I am forever grateful.
