Help Support Laura, Scott, and Grayson During an Impossible Time

Hi everyone,

My name is Lauren, and I’m fundraising for my best friend, Laura, and her family. Laura has been in my life for over 20 years, she is truly my sister in every way. Watching her, her husband Scott, and their little boy Grayson walk through this heartbreaking journey has been incredibly difficult, and I want to help lighten the load during a time when so much is already heavy.

Two years ago, Scott was diagnosed with stage IV melanoma. Since then, he has fought with incredible strength. He has undergone two brain surgeries to remove tumors and endured numerous treatments. Despite every effort, his condition has continued to worsen, and he has now transitioned into hospice care.

Through all of this, Laura has been Scott’s full-time caregiver while also caring for their toddler, Grayson. Their days are filled with medical needs, emotional challenges, and the everyday responsibilities of raising a young child, all while preparing for realities no young family should have to face.

The financial strain of ongoing medical bills, daily living expenses, and future costs has become overwhelming. My hope is to ease some of that burden so they can focus on what truly matters: spending time together, caring for Grayson, and finding moments of peace during this incredibly difficult season.
