Help Support Konata After a Devastating Accident

Hi, my name is Jaliza, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support during one of the most challenging times of our lives.

Recently, my child’s father was tragically hit by a car and is now facing a long road to recovery. He’s currently in the hospital, and we still don’t know when he’ll be discharged. The injuries he sustained have left him unable to work or provide for our family — something that has always been so important to him seeing as he was the main provider in the family dynamic. He has had surgery and still might need to have a skin graft, and this is just the beginning to his road to recovery. He now has to learn how to walk again, now being dependent on a wheelchair.

As you can imagine, the emotional weight of this is enormous, but the financial burden is also growing by the day. We are doing everything we can, but we’re now facing mounting medical bills, physical therapy costs, and day-to-day living expenses that continue to add up while he’s unable to work.

We’re asking for $5,000 to help cover:

• Hospital bills and ongoing medical expenses

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation

• Rent, utilities, and basic necessities while he’s in recovery
