Hello reader,

My name is Kona Mirabal, I am a Pueblo woman from Taos Pueblo New Mexico.

I am reaching out to ask for your support as I work toward funding my Master’s degree in Couple, Marriage, and Family counseling. This journey has been a long time coming and I would be so honored and blessed to continue my education with your help. This contribution will not only help me but my community as a whole for BIPOC and Indigenous peoples of the world.

I love being on my homelands, learning how to be a good ancestor, while also traveling and expanding my understanding of different cultures and perspectives. I’m deeply passionate about understanding how the human mind, body, and soul work, and using that knowledge to help create a better tomorrow for others and myself.

Pursuing this degree will give me the tools, education, and opportunities to turn these intentions into a real, meaningful change. Any contribution, big or small brings me one step closer to that goal.
