Hi, my name is Kristin and I am raising money for my brothers beloved dog, Koda. He has been his companion and best friend since college. He is a rescue dog and he and my brother are inseparable. Yesterday was supposed to be the happiest day of my brother's life. After having to postpone their wedding several times due to COVID, he and Susie were finally getting married. Koda was set to be the ring bearer and an important part of the ceremony. Yesterday morning as my brother was getting ready to prepare for the wedding, Koda badly injured his leg getting out of the car. With the wedding only a few hours away, he was brought to an ER Vet hospital. Unfortunately, Koda broke his femur and it will require a very expensive surgery.
