I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support during one of the most challenging times our I have ever faced. I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. As you can imagine, receiving this diagnosis has been overwhelming, but I am determined to fight this battle with hope and faith.

After months of medical appointments, tests, and treatments, I now require surgery, which will be followed by an extensive six-week recovery period. This is especially difficult because I don’t have access to OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan), but the medical cost has been covered generously, but not the facility fee, which is $15,000 for a three day stay. I need a down payment of $3000 before I can schedule the surgery.

Unfortunately, the financial burden is beyond my means. Between medical bills, travel expenses, and day-to-day living costs, I find myself needing help.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to humbly ask for any support you can offer. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference. Your generosity will help ease the financial strain so I can focus fully on healing and the wellbeing of my children.
