Hello everyone my name is Greg White and this fundraiser is for Kesha Ellis, a fellow member on our regional Honor Guard. Kesha has been a Paramedic in Waco, Texas since 2022. She has also been an upstanding compassionate member of our Honor Guard family since 2024. She is a devoted loving mom of three kids that are all school age. On Saturday June 14th, 2025 she was attempting to avoid a driver of a pickup and had to lay her motorcycle down, causing significant injuries to her back and one of her legs. She has had several surgeries and has been out of work since the incident. She is still in physical therapy and isn't expected to be able to return to work until June of 2026. She has used up all of her PTO, short term disability, and currently her long term disability has not kicked in. She is not eligible for light duty work at her operation because the incident happened while she was off-duty. Her finances have all but run dry and she was informed today (1/8/2026) that she has to make rent payments or she is being evicted. Any and all help for our Honor Guard sister would be greatly appreciated!
