On Sunday the 1st of March as most of you already know, our sister  Kerrida was in a tragic boat accident. Due to the extent of her injuries, she’s currently in ICU in an induced coma. At this point we don’t know the outcome but we know it’s going to be a long recovery. 

As you could understand our family were not prepared for this. Both parents have had to postpone work, up root there life’s to be staying in accommodation next to the hospital in Melbourne to be by Kerrida’s side. This has put a massive strain on finances. 

The cheapest suitable cost of accommodation to be nearby Kerrida is $1050 a week. This isn’t including food, fuel and other living expenses. There is also the unknown of ambulance, airlift and on going hospital bills. To say we are struggling  is an under statement. We are in need of help from anyone that is willing to help.
