Dear Friends, Family, and kind Strangers,
Our dear friend Kenny Tough is in the fight of his life. He has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a fast-progressing and aggressive cancer of the blood and bone marrow. AML requires immediate and intensive treatment, including four rounds of chemotherapy a bone marrow transplant and prolonged recovery periods. For Kenny, this diagnosis means not only an uphill battle for his health but also an overwhelming financial strain.
Kenny has always been the rock for his family, serving as the primary breadwinner. Now he is unable to work while he focuses on his treatment and recovery. This sudden loss of income has placed immense stress on Tara and their boys Kiran and Kavi, who need our help navigating this incredibly challenging time.
About Kenny
Kenny is one of those rare people who brings light and laughter wherever he goes. Forever laid back, his sense of humour, positive outlook and adventurous spirit have touch so many lives. As a devoted father, Kenny has always put his family first, working two different jobs to provide for them and ensuring their happiness and stability.
How you can help
We’re rallying together to help Kenny and his family during this critical time. Your generous contributions will help cover:
• Everyday living expenses (rent, groceries, utilities, medical expenses)
• Childcare and other essential needs for his family
Every donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. If you can’t contribute financially, sharing this campaign with your friends and network would also be a great way to show your support.
Thank You
Kenny’s fight against AML is a serious and daunting one, but with the love and support of his community, we can help ease his burdens so he can focus on his recovery and spending quality time with his family.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and kindness. Together, we can make a profound impact on Kenny’s journey and show him that he’s not alone in this fight.
With gratitude,
A brother from another mother,
Colin Sharples
