Help Support Kat & Josh in Their Legal Battle

Hello All,

My name is Kat Wilson (of StrayKatStyle). In the beginning of June, Josh and I visited an RV dealership to address warranty issues with our travel trailer. During the walkthrough of repairs (while still inside), our trailer was flooded with black water. This was the result of a tech hooking up the hose to the black water intake (instead of the fresh water). This sewage water traveled through the cabin, through the subfloor, and out the underbelly to the pavement below.

Instead of calling in professionals, this dealership handled the cleanup themselves and mixed together chemicals/disinfectants/cleaners that should not be inhaled or mixed together without proper ventilation. This was not disclosed to us as being life-threatening, and we slept in the trailer that evening. Because of this, we both suffered immediate health issues and continue to deal with the effects to this day while experiencing a wider array of health problems.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help pay for any legal fees we will incur while trying to reach a resolution with the dealership, along with expenses (housing, food, etc.) during the process since I cannot currently run my business (a four-month work trip). This may be a long process but whatever is given (big or small) will allow us to hopefully stay afloat while we find resolution.
