On Saturday, July 12th, Kalista Giorgio Werdahl was critically injured in a devastating motorcycle accident that changed her life in an instant. Due to the severity of her injuries, she was airlifted from the scene and placed on life support as doctors worked urgently to save her life.

In those early days, the full extent of her injuries was unclear. Today, we are filled with cautious hope — Kalista is beginning to stabilize and is showing signs of recovery. Her strength, resilience, and determination have been nothing short of inspiring.

Kalista’s injuries are extensive. She faces multiple surgeries, long-term rehabilitation, and a recovery journey that will span months, if not years. The physical, emotional, and financial toll is immense.

Throughout this unimaginable time, Kalista has not been alone. Her husband, Tyler, has been by her side every single day. Both of their families have also been present around the clock — lifting each other up with love, prayers, and unwavering support. It is clear that Kalista is deeply loved and surrounded by a village determined to help her heal.

This fundraiser was created to help ease the financial burdens of emergency medical transport, hospitalization, ongoing surgeries, therapy, and time away from work — allowing Kalista and Tyler to focus fully on her healing and recovery.
