Help Support Justin's Battle with Stage 4 Bone & Lung Cancer

Please help Justin and the Hightower family with his fight against bone and lung cancer...
Hello, I am Samantha and I am starting this campaign for my husband Justin Hightower and our family. Just recently Justin injured his back lifting an enclosed trailer with a friend and 750 lbs fell for my husband alone to hold. He held it for as long as he could but eventually he felt a pop in his back and a separation causing extreme pain. For those of you who know Justin you know he is always lifting heavy things, is very active and never tells anyone no when they need help, but this took quite a toll. After we went to the hospital he was diagnosed with a compression fracture of his L5 vertebrae that compressed his spinal column and several nerves as well. The doctors ran multiple imaging tests and they discovered something that looked suspicious in the bones of his lower spine. After doing more tests and a bone biopsy, it was revealed that Justin has late stage bone cancer. This was such a shock and blow that we never saw coming to say the least.
Justin and I have been married for over 25 years, we have 4 fantastic sons and 3 beautiful grandchildren. We have been blessed in so many ways in our lives together and have a strong faith in our Lord and Savior. We are relying heavily on our faith to get us through this difficult time.
Since Justin is a self-contractor he does not have medical insurance. He is the provider for our family and is no longer able to work because of the back injury and bone cancer. There are many medical bills, treatments, prescriptions and doctors appointments that we do not have money for. These unexpected expenses are in addition to regular everyday living expenses. If you feel compelled to donate please know that it will be used directly for the expenses above. Justin has a long fight ahead of him and is ready to face what the Lord has put in his path. Pending your generous donations, Justin will be able to start radiation this coming week and other treatments after that. I will keep everyone posted on his condition and treatments as we progress through these uncharted waters. I will leave you with one of my favorite bible verses that I draw comfort from and maybe you will too: Mattew 18:20~ "Where two or more are gathered in My name, I (Jesus) am among them."
Any donation no matter the size is greatly appreciated. Words of encouragement and Scripture mean so much to us at this time. Thank you for your help and may God bless you!
