Julie Mitchell, loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and daughter, died unexpectedly on August 22, 2025, at the age of 64 while out camping with her lifelong dear friend.

Julie had an adventurer's spirit and a very kind heart. She was always willing to lend help to those in need. She took pride in her garden, camping, and most recently, milling her own wheat and making her own bread (she was very proud of this!), and enjoyed crafting in various forms.

Her children and her grandson were her entire world and she will be missed very much.

Since it all happened so fast, the family is currently trying to figure out how to pay down her debts and save the family home while attempting to remember to breathe.

Julie will be cremated and laid to rest with her husband at Veterans Willamette National Cemetery. The family will be holding a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to assist with her final expenses.
