Meet Julie Currie, a beloved member of our community whose infectious smile and generous spirit have touched the lives of so many. Julie is a graduate of SWCS class of 1998, she worked several years at the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club, and spent most of her career at Kaiser Permanente in the Oncology Department.

Julie's journey has taken an unexpected turn. After living in Colorado for nearly two decades, she returned home to be closer to family, only to face a daunting health challenge. Since April 2023, Julie has spent countless days in and out of the hospital while awaiting a life-saving liver transplant.

As a single mom to a beautiful daughter, Julie's illness has prevented her from working, leaving her burdened with thousands of dollars in medical debt. But through it all, Julie's resilience and unwavering spirit continue to inspire us.

Now, more than ever, Julie needs our support. Together, we can make a difference in her life by alleviating the financial strain of her medical expenses and providing the encouragement and hope she needs to persevere.
