Imagine one day being told your son will no longer be able to run and play, that he now has a form of muscular dystrophy and will be in a wheel chair for the rest of his life. As tough as that realization is, as a single mother you are also now faced with the need to get new wheelchairs as he grows and are being told by the insurance company that they will not cover it. You work overtime, you cut back, but you are quickly running out of options. Because of the pain your son is experiencing with his current chair that isn't fit to him you need to get a new one now.
