Help Support Jules’ Recovery After a Scary Accident
This past Saturday, our sweet and spunky Jules (short for Juliette) was playing at a friend’s house, enjoying a summer day like any other. While near their above-ground pool, she slipped and hit her head. Later that night, things took a turn — she began vomiting, and her parents, Kris and Kelly, knew something wasn’t right.
They rushed her to Los Robles Hospital, where it initially seemed she might be okay. But after a CAT scan and further evaluation — and due to Los Robles not having a pediatric unit — Jules had to be transferred (nearly airlifted) to Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles for more specialized care.
For the past several days, Jules has been under constant monitoring by an incredible team at CHLA. It’s been a terrifying and emotional time for her parents and everyone who loves her. Thankfully, it looks like she’ll be released today — but the road to full recovery is just beginning.
Kris and Kelly are not asking for donations — but as friends and family who care deeply about them, we wanted to create a way for our community to support them if you feel moved to do so. All contributions will go toward:
- Medical expenses from the ER visit, hospital transfer, and pediatric care
- Follow-up care or therapy Jules may need
- And most importantly, as a gesture of love and support for this wonderful family
We also kindly ask that everyone respect their privacy during Jules’ recovery. The days ahead will be focused on healing, and your understanding means everything.
If you know Kris, you know he’s the first to lend a hand, crack a joke, or show up when it matters. Now’s our chance to show up for him, Kelly, and Jules.
Thank you so much — for your generosity, your prayers, and your love.
