Help Support Jude Brown and Amber Ray After Tragic Loss

On Wednesday August 14, 2024, Jude Brown (7 years old) unexpectedly and tragically lost his father, Jake Brown (33 years old). Jude’s mother, Amber Ray, is now forced to raise her son without the presence of his father. She must tend to her son’s extreme grief as well as her own. While she and Jake were no longer together, Amber and Jake ensured that Jude was able to maintain a close relationship with both of his parents. Jude is in mourning and is, in turn, struggling with the realities of such a loss. His mother is grieving for her seven year old son who is undoubtedly shattered by this incomprehensible situation. She is attempting to simultaneously hold all of the pieces together while she too mourns Jake’s passing. Amber is now forced to raise her and Jake’s son by herself and it is undoubtedly the most trying experience of her life. We are asking for anything that will help alleviate any outside stressors or worries so that she may focus on maintaining grief counseling for Jude, which he desperately needs. Help covering other expenses such as food/groceries or clothing items would also be greatly beneficial. This is an inconceivable loss for the entire family and we are asking for anything that might lift a little weight off of Amber and Jude’s shoulders. They need the opportunity to be able to focus on their grieving processes without the stress of money looming overhead.
