Our dear colleague and friend, Juan (Renewals LATAM) has been bravely battling brain cancer. Anyone who knows Juan can speak to his strength, kindness, and resilience. Even in the face of the hardest moments, he continues to show courage, faith, and determination.

Juan’s journey has led to ongoing treatments, medical bills, and unexpected expenses that have placed a significant financial strain on him and his family. We want Juan to be able to focus fully on healing — without the added weight of financial worry.

This short testimony was written by Juan for a Conference given by his Doctor for Parents of Children with Cancer:

"Good afternoon, my name is Juan Antonio. I was diagnosed with cancer at 25, and I've been fighting the disease with my wife for seven years. I feel that the most important thing is to stay positive, have a lot of faith, and the willpower to face each new challenge that comes our way.

The disease has taught me many things. I've also grown as a person, and I've met people who support me and are sincere in accompanying me through difficult times. Even when it seems like there's nothing positive to be found, you always have to take the best from every situation."

Nuestro querido compañero y amigo, Juan, ha estado luchando valientemente contra el cáncer cerebral. Quienes conocen a Juan pueden hablar de su fortaleza, su bondad y su resiliencia. Incluso en los momentos más difíciles, él sigue mostrando coraje, fe y determinación.

Su camino ha requerido tratamientos continuos, costos médicos y gastos inesperados que han puesto una carga financiera muy fuerte sobre él y su familia. Queremos que Juan pueda concentrarse en su recuperación, sin la preocupación adicional de los gastos.

"Buenas tardes, mi nombre es Juan Antonio, fui diagnosticado con cáncer a mis 25 años, llevo siete años luchando junto con mi esposa contra la enfermedad, siento que lo más importante es mantenerse positivo, tener mucha fe y fuerza de voluntad para enfrentar cada nuevo reto que se presenta.



La enfermedad me ha enseñado muchas cosas, he crecido también como persona, he conocido personas que me apoyan y son sinceras al acompañarme en malos momentos. Aunque aveces parezca que no hay algo positivo, siempre hay que tomar lo mejor de cada situación. "
