Our dedicated engineer, Joshua Ramirez, sustained a severe wrist injury on July 31st, requiring immediate surgery. Fortunately, our friend is okay and recuperating from home. However, recovery calls for an extended healing period, forcing Josh to remain off duty through the month of December, placing a significant strain on him and his family.
