Hi everyone,
We are writing to all of you to ask for your help in our time of need. First, let me explain if you haven't heard of the situation..
On Saturday June 7th, Josh experienced a horrible seizure out of the blue in our living room while he was preparing to eat lunch after having a perfectly normal day having set up for a vendor show with his family. I called 911 as he was struggling to breathe and he was taken to Wilson Health where they discovered a large mass and active bleeding on his brain. He was then care flighted to OSU where they informed us how serious the situation was and that surgery will be needed within the next two months. We met with his Dr. this past Wednesday and the verdict remains the same, he will need to have brain surgery very soon and in the mean time we are praying his medication will keep the seizures at bay until then.
This situation has thrown our entire family for a loop as we are about to bring our newest family member, a baby girl named Adeline into this world around July 12, 2025. We also have two other children to care for on top of this; our son Milo (9) and our daughter Delilah (6). Josh runs his own small business from our home while also being the primary caregiver to our children, and I work full time as well. He currently is still trying to fill his orders while battling with a lot of fatigue and other issues caused from this event, but soon will be unable to work for a while. While I am going to be off on maternity leave to care for the baby I will not receive my full check which as most of you know can already cause financial strain, now adding everything else to the mix we could really use some funds to help cover expenses like groceries, household and medical bills while I am off work caring for both our new baby, and helping Josh recover from his brain surgery.
Josh has always been the rock to our family and is someone who fully believes he can do anything he sets his mind to and rarely ever asks for help. He remodeled our entire house for countless years and spent all the free time he had turning it into a beautiful home for his family with each project he completed. We had no time to prepare for this and are trying to navigate one day at a time. Although the Dr's are hopeful of a full recovery, brain surgery is very serious and we don't know his future challenges after this, but we remain optimistic and hopeful. Our little family is our main focus as it always has been. Any support you could give us weather it be big or small would mean the world to us. If you aren't able to donate at this time you can send prayer and positive thoughts, or share to your page to help spread our story. If you have read this far thank you and we appreciate every single person who has reached out to check on us over the past few weeks.
