Help support Jonesy & his family after his stroke
Donation protected
A few weeks ago, my dad, David Jones “Jonesy”, suffered a stroke. The stroke has left him unable to work, struggling to regain normal function on the right side of his body, and dealing with pain, exhaustion, and cognitive challenges. He is currently in therapy, working hard every week to recover, but the road ahead is long.
For years, my dad has been the guy people call when they need help—whether fixing a car, a boat, or a computer, he has always dropped everything to lend a hand. His generosity and hard work have touched so many in our community. Now, he needs our help.
My dad and stepmom, Concepta, run a local small business, but with his current condition, they’ve had to put their business on hold and are without work. They are the type of people who will never ask for help, but the truth is, they need it.
We are asking for donations to help relieve the financial burden so my dad can focus on recovery without the stress of losing their home or falling deeper into debt. Every dollar helps, whether it goes toward therapy, medical bills, or simply keeping the lights on.
If my dad has ever helped you—if he’s ever answered your call, fixed your engine, or lent you his time—please consider giving back. And if you can’t donate, please share this with others who might be able to help.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you can give. Let’s rally around him the way he has always done for others.
