Help Support Jonathan’s Family & His Young Daughter

My name is Aleah Heath, SVP of Call Center Operations at Exterprise, and together with our CEO, Prabhu Karunakaran, we are raising funds to support one of our valued call center managers, Karla Martinez, who is mourning the tragic loss of her brother, Jonathan Alberto Novoa Fúnez.

On September 22, 2025, Jonathan was involved in a devastating accident near Quimistán, Santa Bárbara. His car collided with a parked trailer that was blocking the middle of the road. He was rushed to Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital with severe head trauma, multiple fractures, and internal injuries.

For seven days, Jonathan bravely fought for his life. His family and medical team worked tirelessly, facing shortages of critical medication, limited ICU availability, and mounting medical expenses. Despite moments of hope and a complex surgery, Jonathan tragically passed away on September 28, 2025.

Jonathan leaves behind his beloved 7-year-old daughter, Melek Alessandra Novoa, who now faces life without her father’s love and guidance. She will be cared for by her aunt, Karla, who is committed to raising her with love and dedication.

This fundraiser will help cover:

Funeral expenses to honor Jonathan’s memory with dignity.

Ongoing financial support for his daughter, Melek, as she grows up without her father.
