John Osborn has been a street paramedic for 35 years and recently the Clinical Director at Community Ambulance in Henderson NV. On Saturday, July 18th, he was taken to the emergency room with possible stroke symptoms. By Sunday he was completely out of it. Early Monday morning he had a large brain bleed on the right side and a small on the left side in the back of his head. He is in critical condition with a small hope of recovery. But there is still hope. It seems that there is an infection around one of his heart valves. The doctors believe that a piece of vegetation broke off and caused the bleed. He has swelling of the brain and surgery is not in the cards. He has touched so many lives in the Las Vegas EMS community. Through his dedication; he has taught, been a preceptor, a mentor and a good friend to many. Right now, he has an army by his side who literally watch over him day and night to make sure his care is top notch.
Any funds raised will go to help with any medical bills and any unforeseen expenses that might come up. He was the major breadwinner and with his income gone this will help his wife. Please, along with your donation, we could use all the prayers we can get.
