Help support John and Tracy during this difficult time.
Donation protected
In May 2024, our beloved Uncle John was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, a form of skin cancer. Over the past several months, he has fought bravely, enduring multiple rounds of intensive inpatient treatments. Unfortunately, in November, we received devastating news—the cancer had spread to multiple organs, including his lungs.
This past week, John was rushed to the hospital after experiencing extreme confusion, and doctors discovered dangerously high calcium levels caused by the cancer eating away at his bones. With no further treatment options available, he and our family have made the difficult decision to transition to hospice care so he can spend his remaining time at home, surrounded by love.
Today, 2/21/25, we were told John will not be returning home. He will be leaving the hospital and going to straight to a hospice facility. The hospice facility is not fully covered by insurance, and we’re hoping to save Tracy some worry about the financial burden of this.
We are asking for support to help with the overwhelming financial burden this illness has placed on our family. Donations will go toward:
• Medical expenses not covered by insurance
• Funeral and end-of-life costs
• Household bills to support John’s wife, Tracy, as she faces this unimaginable loss
John dedicated 30 years of his life working at Intel, where he was not only a valued employee but also a mentor, a friend, and a hard worker who took immense pride in his career. He has always been someone who showed up for others—with a joke, a helping hand, or simply his presence. Now, as his time with us grows shorter, we want to ensure his final days are spent with peace and dignity, without financial stress looming over Tracy.
Any amount you can give will make a difference, and if you’re unable to donate, please share this fundraiser to help us reach as many people as possible.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
