We are setting up a GoFundMe to support Jesse as he undergoes treatment for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), a chronic autoimmune condition that cause ongoing inflammation and unpredictable flare-ups.

Managing IBD is exhausting, especially while trying to keep up with daily responsibilities. Jesse works as a concrete pump operator – a physically demanding job that’s hard to balance with his health needs. He has currently been unable to work for the past two months, and recovery can take time and he may need a few months more before he can return to work safely.

Through all of this, Jesse has stayed positive and focused on healing all whilst supporting his partner and their three young children. Parenting with a chronic illness is incredibly challenging, but his family motivates him every day.
