Our Top Dog Boxing family is heartbroken over the sudden and devastating loss of Jesse “Boogie” Balderrama. Boogie was one of those kids who was impossible not to love. He was funny, full of personality, and had a way of making people smile.

And if you knew Boogie, you knew that boy loved to eat. He would joke that he would choose Chick-fil-A over any fight.

When Boogie stepped into the ring, he was something special. He was a two-time Junior Olympic Champion. He worked hard, he had incredible talent, and his future in boxing held so much promise.

But to everyone at Top Dog, Boogie was never just a fighter. He was family.❤️

His coaches, teammates, and friends loved him deeply.

Now Jesse’s family is facing an unimaginable loss while also having to navigate the unexpected expenses that come with it. This fundraiser will help ease some of that financial burden during this incredibly difficult time.

The Top Dog family, friends, boxing community, and everyone who knew and loved Boogie are being asked to be his family’s corner now.
