Help support Jesse and his family during recovery

Hello, My name is Amy Collins, and I am the sister of Jesse Collins. Monday morning April 18, Jesse was in a horrible rollover accident on his way to work. The extent of his injuries is a broken back, fractured neck, ribs, and some bones in his face we just found out about. Jesse was sent in for emergency surgery due to the Compression of his spinal cord and swelling. Speaking with his wife, Danielle, his spine has been repaired and stabilized with screws after a 5 hour surgery, and he is now in ICU to recover. We are unsure of his prognosis at this time as the injury was very severe, and he is lucky to be with us. As most of you know, Jesse, Danielle, and River relocated to Colorado last April; during that time, Jesse was admitted to the hospital over ten times and had multiple procedures due to his Crohn's Disease. Starting a new job and not having any disability insurance has created a hardship for them due to him being unable to work, thousands in medical bills, and leaving Danielle the sole provider for their family. My family and I want to help relieve some of the financial burdens so that Danielle can focus on Jesse's recovery and their 3-year-old little girl River without worry. I know so many of you love this family and will keep them in your thoughts and prayers along with our family during this difficult time. I will be providing everyone with updates as they come in on his recovery.
