Dear Supporters,

We are seeking your help to raise funds for our son, Jeremy, who has an extremely rare genetic disease called "hyper igm syndrome". Before the end of the year, he will undergo chemotherapy and a bone marrow/stem cell transplant, which will require months of recovery. Jeremy will more than likely spend his 3rd birthday and Christmas in the hospital undergoing treatment. We are facing significant financial burdens as we stay by his side and ensure that he receives the care he needs.

Jeremy is only two and a half years old and we want to ensure that he gets the best shot at life despite his circumstances. Our family needs to be with him every step of the way in this treatment, which will mean taking time off from work and incurring medical expenses. This is where we need your help.

The funds raised will support our family, providing the necessary resources to ensure that Jeremy gets the care he deserves. These funds will cover our expenses during our stay at the hospital and at home once he is cleared to leave. We also want to buy him educational materials and play equipment so that he can make the most of his downtime and continue to learn despite not being able to go to daycare and face-to-face schooling. With your donation, we can provide him with these resources so that he can continue his development while he recovers.

After he is discharged, we will need help with his medication, physical therapy, and post-treatment support. We would like to give him experiences and build him a playground in our backyard so that he can enjoy some time outdoors and socialize with family and friends without risking infections or complications that could harm his fragile immune system.
