If you know Jennifer Ladouceur you know she is not someone who would ever ask for help.

Jen is the person who shows up, quietly, without hesitation for everyone around her.

Since New Year’s Eve, Jen and her family have been navigating an incredibly difficult journey. Jen has experienced a series of serious medical events, including multiple strokes and a brain bleed and has recently been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the lungs. Through it all, she has faced each challenge with remarkable strength and resilience, truly a reflection of the fighter we all know her to be.

Her husband, Adam Ladouceur has been by her side every step of the way. At this time, both Jen and Adam are off work as they focus on her care and their family. Their daughter, Penelope, is in Grade 3 at Sacred Heart School and continues to be a bright light through all of this.

Many of you have already shown incredible kindness through sending meals, visiting Jen in the hospital, and surrounding their family with love and support. It has meant more than words can express.

This page has been created by friends and family who want to support the Ladouceur family during this time. While Jen would never ask for help herself, we know that easing some of the day-to-day pressures can make a meaningful difference.

Funds raised will go toward family expenses, allowing Jen, Adam, and Penelope to focus on what matters most… time together, healing, and care.
