Help support Jeff’s stage 4 cancer battle. CANCER SUCKS !!

As some of you know, Jeff was diagnosed with a herniated disk in March of this year. Blood clots in his legs in August, and after 3 trips to the ER and getting progressively worse, we demanded an MRI. Fast forward to September, we were told Jeff needed an oncologist. He has stage 4 lung cancer that metastasized to his bones and found its happy place in his right hip. Jeff has never smoked, and we are still waiting on the lung biopsy for the “marker” of this cancer. Jeff has had radiation and started chemotherapy today. He hasn’t been able to work, he needs a walker because of the tumor in his hip, and his employer doesn’t offer short-term disability. He hasn’t been paid while fighting this cancer. We don’t know what the future holds for us. We appreciate anything. I know it’s been tough for everyone. His FMLA runs out in January, and as of right now, we have no insurance for 2025. I’m working on that. I don’t know how cancer picks and chooses who it’s going to attack, but I know Jeff is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and he would drive 500 miles to help you move a dresser if you asked him to.
