It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that I have to announce the unexpected passing of my brother-in-law, Terry Gates, who left us far too soon on Friday, June 27, 2025. His sudden departure has left James and our family in shock and unimaginable grief.

Terry was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, son, and a cherished friend to many. He had a heart full of kindness, a generous spirit, and an infectious smile that lit up every room. His loss has created a void that can never be filled.

As we navigate through this heartbreaking time, we are also faced with the financial burden of transporting Terry back home and service expenses. I am reaching out to ask for support—no matter how big or small—to help ease this unexpected hardship. All funds raised will go directly toward getting him back home, where he belongs, helping with service expenses, and assisting James in adjusting during this incredibly difficult time.
