Help Support Jacqueline’s Battle with Dementia

Hi Everyone,

We’re reaching out to share with you, a deeply personal and challenging situation for our family. Our mother, Jacqueline Moynihan, has recently been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and it has thus far been a tough journey for our family.

At just 57 years old, she is already experiencing daily challenges with cognitive function and memory loss, which will continue to worsen over time. Unlike other forms of dementia, such as Alzheimer’s, there is currently no medication to help slow the progression.

Our mom has always been the heart of our family—a source of strength, love, and selflessness. She’s the kind of person who would do anything for others, whether they’re lifelong friends or complete strangers. Her passion for helping people led her back to school to earn a degree in child advocacy so she could make a difference in the lives of families in need. Unfortunately, due to these unforeseen circumstances, she is now the one who needs our support.

As her condition progresses, she will require more specialized care and support, which comes with significant financial burdens. To ensure she has access to the best doctors and resources, my brother and I are moving her closer to us in Arizona. Being near her will allow us to provide the hands-on care she needs while ensuring she receives the best possible medical attention.

As a family, we are now navigating this difficult time together, but we know we can’t do it alone. If you are able to help in any way, whether through a donation, a kind word, or simply sharing this message, we would be forever grateful.

The funds raised will go towards her medical expenses, caregiving, and ensuring she has the best possible quality of life on this long road ahead. Any contribution, big or small, will make a huge difference and is deeply appreciated.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and kindness.
