Following a week spent by his side in the hospital, our hearts are broken as we share the passing of Jack Elvis Argueta.

At just 2.5 years old, Jack brought so much joy, laughter, and light to everyone around him. He was the sweetest little boy with the biggest personality and the kind of smile that could brighten any room.

Like many little boys his age, he loved all things fun and adventurous — fire trucks, monster trucks, watching all his favorite movies and shows, and filling every day with curiosity, energy, and love.

He was deeply loved by his mommy, daddy, sissy's, Nana, Uncle Kevin, all friends of the family, and everyone lucky enough to know him.

Though his time here was far too short, his final gift became a miracle for others through organ donation. Because of Jack, families were given more time, more memories, and more hope. In the middle of unimaginable heartbreak, his loved ones made a selfless decision that turned tragedy into life for others.

A hero doesn’t always wear a cape. Sometimes a hero is a little boy whose heart, light, and legacy live on in so many people. “Even the smallest hands can leave the biggest legacy.”

Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward funeral services and related costs, allowing the family to focus on what matters most right now: spending precious time together with the girls as they acclimate to their new normal.
