My name is Jaydn House, I am the sister of Jace Spurlock. For those who don’t know Jace had a freak accident which resulted in a serious eye injury. Luckily he was able to keep his eye but he has a long road to recovery ahead of him. He will have to have multiple surgeries and doctors visits. He will need to rest as much as possible and we don’t want any stress on him financially. This will help with past & future surgeries, doctors visits, medicine, and gas to & from Nashville.
