Ines is one of the strongest and most caring people you could meet. She has lived with diabetes for many years, but this past year has been the most challenging of her life. Her health has taken a serious turn as she is now in kidney failure and must undergo regular dialysis to survive. A kidney transplant will be the next critical step in giving her the chance at a healthier and more stable future.

Because of her condition, Ines is unable to work. Dialysis treatments, constant medical appointments, and ongoing complications have made it impossible for her to maintain employment. Over the last year alone, she has been hospitalized four times, each stay taking a toll on her body, her spirit, and her finances.

Through all of this, Ines remains a devoted mother to her young child. While she does have the support from her family, the reality is that her health challenges and constant medical needs have brought overwhelming stress to everyone involved. Ines wants nothing more than to give her child a stable, healthy life, but right now she cannot do it without help.

When Ines lost her job, she also lost her access to health coverage, leaving her struggling to afford essential medications, transportation to dialysis, and even basic living necessities. The financial strain is overwhelming as she continues to fight for her health, all while preparing for the long and difficult process of waiting for and eventually recovering from a kidney transplant.
