My name is Kaitlyn and I am the director of Admissions at Autumn Lake Healthcare. I am starting this GoFundMe to help support two amazing nurses at our facility, Heidi McBee and Holly Koier after the unexpected loss of their Mother, Rosemary Hopple on December 5th 2021.
