Help Support Gwen Van Sloten

Due to her sons untimely death Gwen will be moving to Seattle to be closer to family.  Needing full time assistance Gwen will be making the transition to a skilled nursing home.  Please donate what you can to help with moving expenses and giving her the ability to procure what she needs as she moves to her new home.  In doing so Jordaan's legacy can live on as he was a compassionate and giving son.  No amount is to big or small.  Lets help make Gwen's next chapter in life as streamlined as possible.
