Saturday June 13th my beloved Grizzly was rushed to the hospital for symptoms of what we thought was a seizure. After many tests and sonograms the doctors determined that Grizzly was suffering from massive internal bleeding due to a ruptured mass in his spleen. He was immediately rushed into surgery to save his life. Thankfully he beat the terrible odds and survived the surgery. He seemed to be recovering beyond any expectations that anyone had. But with that being said, I was still waiting on the biopsy results. The results came back with the worst news I could have gotten. Grizzly has been diagnosed with a blood-borne cancer. He has been given just a few more months to make everyone smile every day! With tears streaming down my face I am asking for your help. His battle isn't over yet and I can't do it alone. Please help me focus on Grizzly and make sure he is as happy as possible. Between the cost of the surgery, additional vet visits and lost time at work I could use your support. Whenever he is feeling up to it he will be visiting the brewery to say hi and keep making everyone laugh and smile!
