Our beautiful best friend, Grace, has received the devastating diagnosis of Aggressive Motor Neurone Disease at just 28 years old and so this page has been created to support Grace and her family as they navigate this extremely difficult time.

Grace and the family's needs are likely to change over time so whilst an initial goal has been set, this will likely change.
