Our beautiful best friend, Grace, has received the devastating diagnosis of Aggressive Motor Neurone Disease at just 28 years old and so this page has been created to support Grace and her family as they navigate this extremely difficult time.

Grace and the family's needs are likely to change over time so whilst an initial goal has been set, this will likely change.

Your donation is greatly appreciated by Grace's friends and family and will provide an extra layer of financial support for them in being able to ensure she has the best equipment, care and comfort moving forwards.

Financial support maybe used for things such as mobility equipment, accessibility modifications for the house, support for extra costs incurred and for Grace and her family to do things together that they love, in a way thats accessible and comfortable.
