Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out to share my dad's journey and to ask for your support as he faces a challenging time in his life. My dad, Glenn has recently been diagnosed with motor neurone disease, a rare neurological condition that has significantly impacted his mobility and daily life. As a loving family man who has always been outgoing and active, this diagnosis has been a heavy blow to him and our family.

To maintain his quality of life, we are seeking financial help to purchase essential equipment that will help him with daily challenges. Specifically, we aim to purchase a raiser/recliner chair and an exoskeleton which he plans to use so that he can take part in a fundraiser for MND. These tools will not only provide comfort but also enhance his mobility, allowing him to participate in family activities and regain some independence.

My dad is passionate about contributing to the fight against motor neurone disease. The condition is genetic in our family and his mum sadly passed from the disease when he was a teenager. He hopes to raise funds to support research into a recently developed medicine called Ellorarxine, which has the potential to advance to human trials. By contributing to this cause, you will not only be helping my dad but also supporting the fight against this devastating disease and hopes of finding better treatment and a possible cure to MND.
